1) hairs that goes flat along your skin will not be cut.

BRAUN POCKET SHAVER
The model P-70 Braun is an upgrade from the Model 370. Both are pocket size, excellent shavers, great for travel and inexpensive to buy. Get an extra for your car, etc.
