Not the best
This razor was not the lowest priced nor has it been the best performer. Wetting the heads is not a good idea since the razor becomes clogged with accumulated stubble.

This shaver shaves OK. BUT it is made very very cheaply. The head design is terrible. Pieces fall off during cleaning, sometimes the heads fall off while shaving.

Terrible cheap razor
While this razor does give a decent close clean shave it several unforgivable flaws. First, the head will not stay closed. The clasp pops loose all the time.
