Remington R-9270 Titanium Rotary MicroFlex Ultra Cord/Cordless Mens Shaver with Turbo Boost Motor

Remington produced the world?s first electric shaver in 1937, and continues to be a leader in shaving technology. Titanium is the company?s latest break-through. When coated with titanium, blades stay sharper longer than stainless steel for an extra close, comfortable shave. Ergonomically designed with no-slip insets, this model features three ultra-flexing round heads that float independently to hug face and neck contours. Moreover, the heads are ultra-thin, which allows the blades to get as close to the skin as possible. A nifty one-inch trimmer pops up to define sideburns, mustaches, and necklines. An added benefit of this razor is that it can be used either with the 5-foot stretch cord or without, and features quick charge. A one-hour quick charge gives 40 minutes of shaving time, while a five-minute charge is enough for one shave. This model features a green lighted battery gauge that indicates remaining power in 20% increments, then turns red when only 20% remains. It also features a head replacement reminder light. Cleaning this razor is a breeze–squeeze the release buttons to flip up the head attachment, then blow, brush, or rinse out any stubble. A cleaning brush is included, along with a zipp (more…)

Dissatisfied
This “premium” shaver gives a close shave but leaves my face irritated. After only a few months the battery started to fail and then worked only with a cord.

Really good for the price
I’ve been using this product for over nine months now. It still shaves fine with the original set of rotating blades. You can’t expect the quality of a non-electric, though.

An uncomfortable shave
After 7 months of use, I thought my neck was adjusting but no. It makes my neck sore. The charge on the battery does not last long.

Good shaver … no match with the conventional Gillete blades
It is Good. Difficult to clear the stubs below the jaws.

ajustment period
Overall a good razor, however my skin seemed to take a long time(at least 2 weeks)before adjusting to this razor. I experienced a lot of cuts at first.

Great for cheap money
Don’t let the other reviews fool you. The battery is fine, you only need to charge it once a week and you get a decent shave.

Shaves OK, battery life unacceptable.
It shaves adequately, nothing exceptional, but you better keep it plugged in. After two shaves, the battery life indicator is at 80%.

Work horse
I had the preceeding model to this and it lasted 5 yrs. It still runs on a cord…. The trimmer broke after 4yrs, but never replaced the heads and used it daily.

Remington should recall these items
I feel that remington should recall these items. The Shaver is real good. But what’s the use if the re-chargeable battery is so bad. I got two of these.

A close shave but no cigar!
Shaving closeness-pretty good for the first year, when the sidburn shaver stopped working, and I replaced it with a Braun Syncho 7526!
